Kayla has been actively involved in competitive sports, such as volleyball and dragon boat. She was also trained in Krav Maga and Tai Chi Chuan. In 2012, she became a Personal Trainer and Holistic Sports Nutritionist. Over the years, she has helped a lot of people achieve their goals, especially when it comes to moving better and pain-free. After enduring her own past injuries, she embarked on a journey to discover different ways to rehabilitate through movement and nutrition. Stretching and mobility training became a high priority in order to prevent injuries and to heal from them speedily.
In 2016, she became a fascial stretch therapist to better assist her clients in deeper stretches to keep their bodies functioning optimally. She has gained experience working with clients of different fitness backgrounds and lifestyles—athletes, the elderly and office workers to name a few. She has also helped clients who have suffered serious injuries rehabilitate and return to their everyday life.
Kayla continues to empower and educate individuals to take care of their bodies through exercise and stretch therapy.
